Bird & Gun
Bird and Gun training is a 2-3 week program. In bird and gun training your dog must be 5 months of age. This program will introduce young dogs to birds and will appropriately be introduced to the sound of gun fire starting with blanks to a 12 gauge shotgun. Young dogs will first be introduced to dead birds then moving to clipped wing birds. This program is made to create a solid foundation for the dog and the owner to have a healthy and safe hunting career.
Intermediate Training
This program is to grow off of the advanced off leash obedience program. In intermediate training we will focus on steadiness, gun conditioning, hold conditioning, delivery to hand, bird work, quartering and flushing, and intro to casting.
Advanced Training
This program is to grow off of the Intermediate training program. In advanced training we will continue the dogs education of casting, blind retrieves, double marked retrieves, and honoring of other dogs.
